Sean P.

Sean P. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sean started their career as a Creative Services Intern at WHP CBS 21, where they assisted with various aspects of the creative services process. Sean then worked as a Mass Communications Assistant at York College of Pennsylvania, where they assisted in the upkeep and maintenance of video equipment and created video content segments.

Sean also gained experience at Comcast Cable as a Production Assistant, where they wrote, created, and edited public service announcements and managed the Howard County Public Access channel. Sean then joined Laureate Education as an Asset Management Specialist, managing media assets for ongoing productions. Sean also held the role of Post Production Coordinator, overseeing the flow of video and multimedia post-production for web-based learning products.

Sean's work in the craft beer industry includes roles at Friendship Wine and Liquor as a Craft Beer Associate, where they assisted customers with beer selections and operated the cash register. Sean also worked at DC Brau Brewing LLC as a Maryland Sales Manager, providing customer service and sales support to on and off-premise accounts.

In their most recent roles, Sean served as an Area Sales Manager at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., where they oversaw the distribution of their products and executed sales goals. Sean then joined Groennfell Meadery & Havoc Mead as the Director of Distribution Sales, where they coordinated wholesale activity and managed sales rep goals.

Currently, Sean is the Director of Sales and Business Development at Switchback Brewing Company. In this role, they oversee the sales efforts of Vermont's bestselling craft beer, manages the sales staff, and consults with brewery stakeholders on new products and product launches.

Sean P. has a strong educational background in film and video production and mass communications. Sean obtained a B.A. in Mass Communications from York College of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued an M.A. in Producing at American University from 2008 to 2010, specializing in film and video. In addition to their academic degrees, Sean P. also holds several certifications. Sean obtained a Full Stack Web and Mobile Development Bootcamp Certificate and a Front End Web and Mobile Development Certificate from Nucamp Coding Bootcamp in September 2021 and August 2021, respectively. Furthermore, Sean P. obtained a Certified Beer Server certification from the Cicerone Certification Program in November 2014.
