Kibsaim Vindas L is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and business management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Switchboard since November 2021, Kibsaim also operates Fidical, a medical records solution for physical therapists, established in June 2016. Kibsaim held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Ciclo from September 2019 to March 2022, focusing on full-stack development and software architecture. As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at WorkRide from February 2017 to November 2020, Kibsaim spearheaded technology development for a carpooling app aimed at corporate mobility solutions. Additionally, Kibsaim was Co-Founder and CTO at Prime Gaming Platform, which developed gambling management software, and played a pivotal role in the growth of Alivebox, a software development studio in Costa Rica, from inception in 2003 to its peak with 40 employees.
