Marco Iacono

Marco Iacono is the current VP of Product at Switchboard. Prior to their current role, Marco served as the COO & VP Product and Design at Viv Labs from December 2014 to December 2020. Viv Labs is a technology company that specializes in artificial intelligence and natural language processing. In October 2016, Viv was acquired by Samsung Mobile, where Marco served as the VP of Product Management from 2016 to 2020.

Marco began their career at Syracuse University, where they obtained their undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Marco then went to work at Apple for four years on Siri as an EPM before joining Viv Labs in 2014.
