Trey Praytor has a diverse work experience in the field of customer success and support.

Trey's most recent position was as the Director of Customer Success at Switchboard since January 2022. Prior to this, Trey worked at monday.com from 2017 to 2022, starting as a Support Team member and progressing to roles such as Implementation Specialist, Customer Success Manager, and finally Strategy & Ops- Customer Success.

Before joining monday.com, Trey had a successful tenure at valet.io, where they served as the Outreach and Onboarding Team Lead, leading the customer journey and creating a comprehensive onboarding process. Trey also worked as a Support and Sales Lead, handling customer requests and serving as a liaison between clients and developers.
