Aaron Ford has a diverse work experience in the field of software development, with a strong focus on software development roles. Aaron started their career in 2011 as a Sales Assistant at Jaycar Electronics, where they worked until 2018. In 2016, they ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own business, Open Core, which they ran until 2017. Aaron then joined DevFU Pty Ltd in 2017 as a Software Developer and continued working there until 2021. From 2018 to 2021, Aaron also worked as a Software Developer at Atosa. In 2021, they joined Cordel as a Software Developer on the A.I. Team, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Software Developer at SwitchDin, starting from February 2023.
Aaron Ford has an extensive educational background in Engineering and Business Administration. From 2004 to 2016, they attended the University of Newcastle and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechatronics. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering at The University of Newcastle, which they completed in 2015. In 2007 and 2008, Aaron attended TAFE NSW, where they earned a Certificate IV in Small Business Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In February 2015, they obtained a certification in Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics) from The University of Newcastle Department of Engineering and Built Environment.
