Adam Gray has a diverse work experience in business development and sales management. Adam began their career as a Business Development Manager at Grays Midlands Ltd. from August 2013 to January 2015, where they focused on expanding the company through establishing new accounts and securing contracts. Adam then worked as a Senior Sales Negotiator & Property Valuer at Connells from January 2015 to May 2016, where they excelled in creating new business and building relationships with customers. Adam then joined Flight Centre Travel Group as a Regional Business Development Manager from May 2016 to December 2017, where they drove new business opportunities and managed a portfolio of Account Managers. Adam later served as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Strip Out Solutions from January 2018 to May 2021, contributing to the expansion of the brand in the strip out and refurbishment sector. Adam's experience also includes working as a Business Development Executive at property.xyz from May 2021 to November 2021, and as a Business Development Manager at Search Acumen from November 2021 to June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Enterprise Business Development Manager at Switchee, where they focus on improving the quality of life for people living in rented homes through data analytics and environmental targets.
