Adel Khorakiwala

Adel Khorakiwala serves as the Chief Inspirational Officer at Switz Group, a position held since May 2009, contributing over 20 years of leadership with deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience in enhancing team capabilities. Khorakiwala has also held various executive roles at Switz Group, including Executive Director, Corporate Officer, and CEO for the GCC, overseeing the strategic alignment of multiple operational verticals within the business. Prior to this, Khorakiwala was the CEO of Saudi Masterbaker Ltd, successfully increasing the company's revenue, and served as CEO of Masterbaker Marketing FZCO, leading sales and marketing in the bakery ingredients sector. Academic credentials include executive education and management degrees from esteemed institutions such as IMD, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Harvard Business School, alongside a BSc in Hotel and Tourism Management from Lynn University.
