Amber Jones

Amber Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amber is currently working as a Software Engineer at Swivel since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SWBC from March 2020 to April 2022, initially as a Junior Application Developer and later as an Application Developer. In this role, they were responsible for developing software using C#/.NET and TSQL/SQL Server Management Studio. Amber also received the Green Belt in the Security Journey program. Before joining SWBC, Amber worked as a Beauty Advisor at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from December 2017 to August 2018. Amber'sresponsibilities included empowering customers through teaching experiences and achieving sales quotas. Amber also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Paradise Lawn and Maintenance from December 2017 to August 2018, where they maintained workflow and managed payables and receivables using QuickBooks software. Amber's earliest work experience was as a Texas Board Certified Orthodontist Assistant at VK Orthodontics, Private Practice from May 2011 to January 2012. In this role, they performed various orthodontic procedures and oversaw the operations of study model production.

Amber Jones has a diverse education history. In 2019-2020, they attended Codeup and obtained a degree in Java - Web Development, focusing on Computer Science. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, Amber attended Austin Coding Academy and earned a degree in JavaScript - Web Development, also in the field of Computer Science. In 2010-2011, they attended Brightwood College and specialized in Orthodontics as a Texas Board Certified Dental Assistant. Amber's earliest education experience was at the University of the Incarnate Word from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology / Pre Dentistry. In addition to their formal education, Amber earned an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in March 2022 through Amazon Web Services (AWS).
