Theodore Regeza Kamunga has been working in the field since 2018. Theodore Regeza began their career as a Diploma Learning Facilitator, Chair of Student Based Organization-Zaidi, and Diploma Program Advisor for Jesuit Worldwide Learning - Higher Education at the Margins. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder and Proposal Reviewer for Nyota Organization and an Outpatient Medical and Therapy Services Consultant for Southern New Hampshire University’s Challenge (Higher Education and Real-World Training) - Spaulding. In 2020, they took on the roles of Co-founder & Head Of Human Resources and Executive Director for Nyasa Aerial Data Solutions, Flight Operations-Independent Consultant for Swoop Aero, and GEM Employment Intern for SNHU's Global Education Movement. Theodore Regeza also became the GEM Employment Editor for Global Education Movement (GEM).

Theodore Regeza Kamunga has a diverse educational background. Theodore Regeza began their studies in 2011 at Universite Libre des Pays des Grands Lacs (ULPGL/GOMA), where they obtained a Diploma in Polytechnic in Electrical Engineering in 2014. Theodore Regeza then attended Regis University and obtained a Diploma in General Business in 2018. In 2019, they enrolled in College for America at Southern New Hampshire University and obtained an Associate of Arts in General Studies in Business, followed by a BA in Management in Public Administration in 2022. Theodore Regeza is currently enrolled in Virginia Tech, where they are pursuing a Certificate of Drone Technology and TOP Operator Level 2 from the African Drone and Data Academy & AUVSI.
