Pedro Silva has worked as a Strategic Analyst and Support Quality and Training Lead at Sword Health since September 2021. Pedro has experience in quality auditing, leadership, interviewing, KPI reporting, and team management. Prior to joining Sword Health, Pedro worked at ManpowerGroup as a Content Reviewer for Play Store Apps. Pedro also has experience as a Customer Service Agent at Concentrix and Sitel Group. Currently, Pedro is pursuing an Associate's degree in Computer Science at the University of the People.
