Laymer Pamintuan

Laymer Pamintuan, MS, is an experienced Project Manager and Safety Manager at Swords to Plowshares since December 2014. Prior to this role, Laymer served in the United States Army from October 2010 to 2016, holding positions as Supply Manager and Battalion Supply Specialist. Laymer holds a Master of Science in Project Management from Golden Gate University (2015-2018), a Bachelor of Business in Technical Management from DeVry University (2013-2015), and has completed a program in Construction Estimating at San Francisco State University (2019-2020). Additionally, Laymer earned an Associate's degree in Allied Health and Medical Assisting Services from Heald College (2006-2008).
