Catastrophe Claims Director at Swyfft

Kim Miller has had a diverse range of work experience in the insurance industry. Kim started their career at State Farm Insuance in 1998 as a Claims Trainer, where they were responsible for improving claim handling skills and ensuring file accuracy. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Manager Customer Contact Center at State Farm, supervising a team of 15-20 employees and coaching them to meet company metrics.

In 2016, Kim became a Training Supervisor, leading the development and training of new contact center representatives. Kim managed a large team of call center representatives and trainers across multiple sites. In 2018, they moved into the role of Support Services Supervisor, where they led a team of 9 employees handling customer complaint calls. Kim provided coaching to improve metrics and skill sets, ensuring first contact resolution and effective problem-solving.

In 2019, Kim joined Swyfft as the National Catastrophe Claims Leader, responsible for managing catastrophe claims. Recently, in September 2021, they were promoted to Catastrophe Claims Director at Swyfft.
