Roman Pearah

Roman Pearah has held various roles in different companies over the years. Roman started their career in 2001 as a Senior Consultant at Dendrite International, where they worked until 2006. In 2006, they joined Principled Strategies, Inc. as a Senior Data Scientist and stayed with the company until 2014. During this time, they held the role of Principal Software Engineer at TRANZACT from 2014 to 2018. In 2014, they also founded their own company, Arch Decision Systems, LLC, where they served as the CTO and Founder until 2017. Since 2018, Roman has been with Swyfft, initially as the Chief Product Officer and currently as the Chief Underwriting Officer.

Roman Pearah attended Duke University from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Roman later pursued higher education at the University of Washington from 2015 to 2019, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computational Linguistics.
