Rashmi Nagle

Rashmi Nagle has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rashmi is currently a member of the Product Management Team at Syapse since November 2021. Prior to that, Rashmi worked at HealthAxis Group as a Business Analyst II from June 2016 to November 2021. Rashmi also served as a Business Analyst (SME) at MHK from September 2014 to June 2016. Rashmi started their career as a Pharmaceutical Operations Analyst at Rx Care Pharmacy from April 2013 to September 2014. Before entering the corporate world, they gained experience at the University of South Florida as a Staff Assistant/Graduate Assistant from September 2011 to March 2013, where they assisted faculty members and managed the front desk reception. Additionally, Rashmi had an internship at Turnaround Achievement Network in 2012, where they researched and evaluated federally funded initiatives and assisted with policy development and training. Rashmi also worked as a Processor at Barnes and Nobles Bookstore on campus at the University of South Florida from November 2010 to January 2011. Rashmi began their career in the pharmaceutical industry as a Pharmaceutical Production Intern at Cipla from June 2008 to September 2008, gaining hands-on experience in research and development, QA/QC, and manufacturing departments.

Rashmi Nagle's education history includes a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Rashmi then pursued their Master's in Public Health at the University of South Florida from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Public Health with a focus on Health Care Organizations and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Rashmi Nagle has also obtained several certifications. Rashmi became a Registered Pharmacist through the Pharmacy Council of India in June 2011 and a Registered Pharmacy Technician through the Florida Board of Pharmacy in October 2013. Rashmi has also completed certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and Certified Project Manager from Star 6 Sigma Global Academy, and a Product-led Certification from Pendo.io. These certifications highlight their diverse skill set and commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
