Andreas Kromphardt Carlsen

Andreas Kromphardt Carlsen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andreas currently works at SYBO as a Lead 3D Artist, where they have been working since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior 3D Artist at SYBO from May 2021 to January 2022, and as a 3D Artist from December 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining SYBO, Andreas worked as a Freelance 3D Artist and Graphics Designer at Bumblbee creative from June 2018 to May 2021. Andreas also worked at Wil Film as a Modeler from April 2020 to July 2020, where they were responsible for modeling sets and props for an animated TV series. At Ghost VFX, Andreas worked as a 3D Artist from February 2020 to April 2020, where they specialized in matchmoving and animation for a TV series.

Andreas also worked at Hydralab as a 3D Generalist, where they worked on different commercial projects involving modeling, shading, texturing, simulation, lighting, rendering, and compositing from August 2019 to November 2019. As a 3D Generalist Intern at Hydralab, Andreas worked on the production of the animated movie "Minna and the Dream Builders" from February 2019 to July 2019.

Andreas has prior experience in advisory roles, having worked at Advice A/S as a Senior Advisor from January 2016 to April 2018, and as an Advisor from November 2012 to January 2016. In these roles, they assisted companies, public organizations, and NGO's in identifying and promoting their brand, and improving their business.

Early in their career, Andreas worked at the Center for Culture and Experience Economy as a Consultant from September 2009 to October 2012, where they advised Danish companies on innovation through experiences and creative competencies. Andreas also worked as a Student Assistant at the same organization from May 2009 to September 2009, where they worked on website development and communication activities.

Andreas also gained experience in communication and marketing at Ramboll Management, where they worked as a Student Assistant from April 2007 to April 2009, producing texts, developing company profiles, and creating graphic products.

Additionally, they worked as a freelance Process Consultant and Teambuilding Instructor at Manova A/S, where they worked on projects for larger Danish companies. Andreas also had an internship experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2007.

Andreas Kromphardt Carlsen has a diverse education history. Andreas started their education in 1998 at Næstved Gymnasium, where they completed their secondary education.

In 2004, they enrolled at Copenhagen Business School and pursued a degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication. Andreas completed their studies in 2009, earning a Cand.merc.(kom.) degree.

During their time at Copenhagen Business School, Andreas Carlsen participated in an exchange program and studied at the Wisconsin School of Business in 2008. Andreas deepened their knowledge in business, management, and communication during this exchange program.

Later, in 2007, Andreas Carlsen returned to Copenhagen Business School to pursue a Master's degree in Cand.merc.(kom.). Andreas completed their postgraduate studies in 2009.

In 2016, Andreas Carlsen shifted their focus and attended the TRUEMAX Copenhagen Academy. Andreas studied to become a 3D Digital Artist, specializing in the field of 3D. Andreas completed this program in 2019.
