Mathias Gredal Nørvig has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mathias started their career in 2007 as a Trainee at IFU, where they assisted all departments with data and analysis needs. Mathias also had the responsibility of content for the Annual Report and conducted data mining and analysis for management presentations and press releases. In 2009, Mathias became an Assistant Investment Manager at IFU, where they participated in meetings with potential and existing Danish and South African partners, as well as managed contact and correspondence with various partners in different projects.

In 2010, Mathias worked as an author at Handelshøjskolens Forlag, co-authoring the book "Afrikas vej" (Africa's way) with other individuals. The book explored challenges, opportunities, and case studies of Danish companies in Africa. In the same year, they also became a Board Member at Foreningen RETRO, where they led a change process for a more professionalized and decentralized management structure. Mathias was involved in setting up a development project in Freetown, Sierra Leone, partly funded by Danida, and run by volunteers.

In 2011, Mathias worked as a Senior Management Consultant at PwC until 2013. Mathias then joined Eksport Kredit Fonden as a Senior Analyst, where their work included being a deal-team member in major international transactions and assessing risks and markets. In 2014, they became the Managing Director at SYBO Games, a company that developed and owns the rights to the popular game Subway Surfers. In 2017, Mathias was promoted to CEO of SYBO Games, where they continue to lead the company and provide the best game experience for its 2.5 billion fans.

Mathias Gredal Nørvig attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2017, where they participated in the Executive Program for Growing Companies. Mathias also studied at the Copenhagen Business School, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Strategy and Leadership. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Business (Economics and Management) from the same institution. During their undergraduate studies, Mathias also had the opportunity to attend The University of Edinburgh as part of a Bachelor Exchange, focusing on Management, Sociology, and Anthropology. Before beginning their higher education, they attended Holbæk lille Skole, although no specific degree or field of study is provided.
