Karsten Reilly

Karsten Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Karsten started their career in 2008 as a Machine Operator at Keystone Solid Surfaces, where they operated a CNC countertop cutting machine. From there, they transitioned to Dustrol Inc., where they worked as a Designer, Draftsman, and Machine Operator, responsible for designing parts and models, cutting materials, and assisting in the assembly and welding of machinery. In 2012, they joined Bunting Magnetics Co. as a Manufacturing Engineer, overseeing material handling, job programming, and collaborating with design engineers on new product designs and tooling. In 2016, they became a Business Owner and Operator of Reilly's Automotive Service Center. Karsten then moved into the role of Lead Supplier Cost Analysis Engineer at AGCO Corporation, where they worked with commodity managers, buyers, and engineering teams to identify cost savings in the agriculture industry. Karsten also held the role of Supplier Cost Analyst Engineer at AGCO, performing cost analysis of manufactured purchased goods. Most recently, Karsten worked at Fast Radius as a Senior Cost Estimation Engineer, specializing in CNC and sheet metal fabrications. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Cost Analyst Engineer in CNC and Metal Fabrication at SyBridge Digital Solutions, a role they started in February 2023.

Karsten Reilly began their education at Circle High School, although the specific start and end years are unknown. After completing high school, Reilly attended Pittsburg State University and Butler County Community College from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering. Additionally, Reilly studied Construction Management at Pittsburg State University from 2006 to 2007.
