Bettina Sammut

Bettina Sammut is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving in a human resources role at Sydney Theatre Company since May 2023, Bettina previously held positions focused on people and culture at Canteen Australia and played a significant leadership role at Taronga Conservation Society Australia for nearly two decades. In their tenure at Taronga, titles included Director of People, Culture, and Safety, where responsibilities expanded to encompass comprehensive human resource strategies, learning, and development programs. Bettina's earlier roles included Group Human Resources Manager at FreshFood Australia and General Manager of Human Resources and Training at Ticketek, among others. Educated at the University of Sydney and AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Bettina holds a Graduate Certificate of Change Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education.
