Sridhar Pydipati

Sridhar Pydipati has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sridhar started their career as a Senior Analyst Programmer at Tata Consultancy Services in 1998. Sridhar then moved on to work at Wipro Technologies, where they held multiple roles including Systems Architect, Service Project Manager for Corporate and Commercial Applications, and Portfolio Programme Manager for Application Management. During their time at Wipro, they were responsible for strategic leadership, performance management, and establishing governance for various teams and functions. Sridhar also provided guidance and direction on contractual and commercial issues for strategic accounts.

In 2012, Sridhar Pydipati joined Wipro as the Head of Projects, Contract Governance and Sourcing. In this role, they managed a team of project managers and was responsible for delivering initiatives across multiple business units. Sridhar also played a key role in contract governance and performance management of the project teams.

In 2016, Sridhar Pydipati joined Wipro Technologies as the Head of Programme Delivery - Spring. Sridhar was accountable for planning, organizing, and controlling a strategic program focused on retail billing and customer service transformation.

Their most recent work experience is with Sydney Water, where they have held multiple roles including Program Director - Customer Experience Platform, Chief Information Officer, General Manager Digital Business (Acting), and currently the Head of Digital Business Programs. Sridhar Pydipati completed their Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on Electronics from Nagpur University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Sridhar then went on to pursue a Master for Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, where they studied from 1996 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Sridhar Pydipati has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the "IOTx: Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World" certification from MITxPRO. In 2013, they obtained the "MSP - Managing Successful Programmes" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. That same year, they also completed the "Growth Harbinger Program" from Harvard Business Publishing and obtained the "Prince 2 Practitioner" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
