Margaret Huff

Margaret Huff is a Solutions Scientist at Sydor Technologies since September 2025, with prior experience as a Postdoctoral Associate at Los Alamos National Laboratory and CMAP. At Los Alamos, Margaret executed large laser projects with budgets over $100,000 and developed Python scripts for data analysis using computer vision techniques. At CMAP, coordination with researchers from prominent institutions led to achieving the highest-pressure sound speed measurements in iron. Margaret earned a PhD in Physics from the University of Rochester, where work was conducted in the High Energy Density Experimental Physics group, and a BA in Physics from Kenyon College.
