Cody van Bogart

Cody Van Bogart is an accomplished talent acquisition professional currently serving as an Advisor at Syelo Ventures since October 2023. Previously, from January 2022 to November 2024, Cody held the position of Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Astra, leading a team focused on recruiting professionals in various fields related to space innovation. Prior to Astra, Cody was the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Virgin Hyperloop, where the focus was on enhancing candidate experiences and sourcing quality talent. Experience also includes serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition & Strategic Talent Sourcing at BD and leading recruitment efforts at Agile-1 and Allegis Group. Cody's educational background includes a degree in Registered Nursing from the College of Southern Nevada and continued studies at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
