Andrea Landuzzi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles.
In 1996, they worked as the Head of Chemical Laboratory at Ghimas.
From 1997 to 2008, they held various positions at Ciba Specialty Chemicals, including Head of Applicative Research Unit, Global Head of Skill Center Films, and Head of Research & Technology Asia Pacific. During this time, they played a significant role in establishing the Research & Technology center in Shanghai and supporting Sales & Marketing in the region.
In 2008, Andrea joined BASF as the Head Technical Marketing, where they focused on solving customers' technical problems and supporting business growth. Andrea also facilitated knowledge transfer through the Ciba acquisition.
From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Chemtura Corporation as Technical Business Support & Application Marketing.
In 2012, Andrea joined Syensqo as the Global Marketing Director, where they developed and executed global marketing and business strategies, ensured the product portfolio met customer needs, and supported innovation and new product development.
From 2020 onwards, Andrea has taken on advisory and mentorship roles. Andrea joined the Polyolefin Additives Advisory Board at AMI in 2020. Andrea is currently a mentor at Forward Factory, an accelerator program under the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Italian Accelerators Network, focused on digital manufacturing. Andrea is also a Hi!member at Hi Founders.

Andrea Landuzzi obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Chemistry from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna between 1990 and 1995. Additionally, Andrea obtained a Certification as a Certified Professional Chemist from the Italian Chemists' Register in 1995. In 2022, Andrea also completed the Leadership Academy - ACCELERATE PROGRAM from CrossKnowledge.
