Iain Sayer

Iain Sayer is an experienced operations and maintenance professional with a career spanning over two decades in the chemical industry. Currently serving as the Operations & Maintenance Manager at Syensqo since December 2023, Iain has prior experience as Operations Manager at Solvay Solutions UK Limited since May 2016 and in similar roles at Solvay and Rhodia UK Limited. Iain began the career as a Graduate Project Engineer at Albright and Wilson, later advancing to Plant Engineer and Operations Manager. Iain holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
