Jean-Marc le Gac

Jean-Marc Le Gac currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Procurement, Industrial & Indirects at Syensqo since December 2023. Previously, from April 2015 to December 2023, Jean-Marc held several key positions at Solvay, including Senior Vice President of Materials BU Strategic Sourcing & Projects Director, Group Transformation Program Director, and Global Procurement Performance Director, driving significant transformation initiatives and enhancing procurement performance. Prior to this, Jean-Marc was a Principal / Associate Partner at Oliver Wyman from March 2002 to March 2015, where focus was placed on leading large-scale transformation programs across diverse sectors. Jean-Marc began the professional journey with an internship at Gemini Consulting and possesses a comprehensive educational background, including an Engineer's degree from ENSTA and preparatory classes at esteemed institutions in France.
