Marco Duarte

Marco Duarte currently serves as the Head of Talent at Syfe and is the Founder of Play Padel Singapore. Previous roles include Head of Leadership Recruiting and Global Head of Talent at Aspire, as well as Technical Recruitment Manager for APAC and EMEA at Stripe. Prior experience includes serving as Director - Global Head of Talent at Airwallex, and various recruitment positions at Google, including Regional Recruitment Manager for APAC and EMEA. Early career highlights include senior recruitment roles at Gregory James / PSR Recruitment and Arrow Business Communications, as well as a leadership position at Microsoft South Africa. Marco holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a BA in Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, along with certifications as a Padel Coach and Padel Manager from Padelmba.
