James joins with over 25 years of experience in the People and Human Resources field. Having worked across numerous sectors, covering Manufacturing, Facilities Management and predominantly Financial Services, James has a proven history in delivering progressive, people-centric strategies that simultaneously support business priorities. Most recently, James was the Global Chief People Officer for an international media agency. He has supported start up, scale up, and growth of various businesses and has also worked in a number of large multinational firms such as Barclays, Citigroup, Sodexo and WPP.
James graduated Aston with a BSc in Managerial and Admin studies. He has a post grad in Human Resource Management, an MBA from Warwick Business School and is an accredited Executive Coach and Mediator.
