Enrico Mazzero

Enrico Mazzero has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, currently serving as TSE II at Akamai Technologies since June 2014, after progressing from the role of TSE. Prior to this, Enrico worked at Sykes Assistance Services as an ANS Engineer in CISCO TAC, providing support for various Cisco products and assisting with implementations, configuration, design, and troubleshooting since April 2011. Enrico's earlier experience includes working at Hewlett-Packard as a Global Remote Services level 2 engineer from July 2007 to April 2010, where support was provided for remote users on the Pfizer account, focusing on home networks, wireless clients, VPN clients, and RSA procurement. Additionally, Enrico held the position of Customer Service Agent during this time.
