Katie Cowden

Katie Cowden is a seasoned HR professional with over 12 years of experience in people operations and human resources. Currently, as a Partner and Human Resources Director at SYLVAIN since August 2020, Katie leads initiatives to enhance employer branding through innovative HR programs. Concurrently, Katie serves as Head of HR Strategy at It's Britta HR, focusing on client and partner relations. Previous roles include Director of HR at Badger & Winters, Account Director at Safari Sundays and Laird + Partners, and various positions in traffic management and administration. Katie holds a BA in English from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
