Paloma Rodrigues

Paloma Rodrigues is an experienced sales executive currently working at Sylvamo Brasil since November 2023. Prior to this, Paloma held the position of Executiva de Vendas at Cargill from March 2021 to November 2023, where responsibilities included managing business strategies for clients and analyzing data to meet established KPIs. From October 2017 to February 2021, Paloma was a Vendedora in the institutional channel at Bauducco, focusing on client prospecting and distribution support. Earlier experience includes a role as Vendedora Jr. at Gomes da Costa, where management and negotiation of merchandising contracts were key responsibilities, and as Gerente de Contas at Pharma Nostra Comercial Ltda, specializing in sales of pharmaceutical raw materials across multiple regions. Paloma Rodrigues is currently pursuing an MBA in Executive Sales Management at USP/Esalq, having previously earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Estácio.
