Rilston Chagas

Rilston Chagas currently serves as Gerente de Projetos Engenharia CAPEX at Sylvamo Brasil, focusing on the development of engineering projects for the company's facilities in Mogi Guaçu SP and Três Lagoas MS since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rilston held various positions at International Paper, including Maintenance Manager and Maintenance & Reliability Manager, overseeing technical teams and ensuring reliability in the Três Lagoas MS factory. Rilston began working with International Paper in 2005 as a Specialist in Projects, managing innovative project developments from conception to execution, with a focus on electrical systems. Rilston Chagas holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Senac São Paulo and a specialization in electrical system protections from UNIFEI.
