Victoria Foing started their career as a software developer intern at Nuance Communications. Victoria then went on to work as a machine learning researcher at the European Space Agency - ESA. In 2018, they became a software developer at The Montreal Neurological Institute, where they contributed to the development of an open-source neuroscience data management software for autism research.

In 2019, Victoria joined GoDataDriven as a machine learning project engineer. During their time at GoDataDriven, they developed a machine learning algorithm that could detect scoliosis in ordinary images with 87% accuracy.

In 2020, Victoria took part in the Oxford Machine Learning Summer School (OxML), where they learned about the latest machine learning techniques. After completing the summer school, they began working as a Junior Machine Learning Engineer at Sylvera.

Victoria Foing completed their high school education at the American School of the Hague, where they studied the International Baccalaureate. Victoria then went on to study computer science and geography (urban systems) at McGill University, where they also completed a minor in environment. Finally, they completed their Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Amsterdam.
