Lucy Fry

Lucy Fry is an experienced consultant with a focus on process design and improvement, currently working at Symatrix since December 2017. Fry helps businesses identify inefficiencies and recommend strategies for enhancement, which include streamlining processes and improving user experience. Previous roles include Product Manager at NGA Human Resources, where Fry managed the ResourceLink system, and HR Manager positions at Custom Interconnect Limited and Aukett Fitzroy Robinson, providing comprehensive HR services and strategic management. Additional experience includes consulting at NorthgateArinso and change management at Serco, where Fry oversaw the implementation of a payroll and HR system for a large employee base.
