Eugene Y. has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Eugene currently holds the position of VP, Global IT at Symbio since March 2018. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director South China at Symbio. Before joining Symbio, Eugene worked at VXI Global Solutions as the ITO & QA Director for seven years. Eugene also served as the QA Director for Behere & QA Consultant at Universal Electronics from 2006 to 2010. Eugene's experience includes working as the Software QA Manager at Thomson Reuters from 2004 to 2006. Eugene was also the QA Director for Clarent Corp & Lead QA at Zenith Insurance Company (United States) from 2001 to 2004. Before that, Eugene worked as the Test Automation Manager at Nortel Networks from 1997 to 2001. Eugene started their career at Xerox in 1990 as a Consultant & Test Coordinator.

Eugene Y. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Executive Computer Management from National University, which they obtained from 1989 to 1991. Eugene also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences (CIS) from Woodbury University, completing their studies from 1985 to 1989.
