Lauren Downs

Lauren Downs, PHR has a range of experience in various HR and administrative roles. Lauren started their career in 2014 at Live Nation Entertainment as a Production Assistant. In 2015, they moved on to Symons Ambulance where they served as a Public Relations Assistant for a year before being promoted to Administrative Manager. In 2017, Lauren joined Symbiosis as a Human Resources Manager and eventually became the Director of Human Resources in July 2020.

Lauren Downs, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from California State University, Northridge. Lauren attended this university from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Palomar College, where they pursued General Studies. In addition to their education, Lauren also obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2017.
