Ash Rakkar-Thomas

Ash Rakkar-Thomas has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career as a Sales Team Lead at WMSR LIMITED in 2011 and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they joined IQPC as a Data and Research Team Leader, leading an internal marketing lead generation team and supervising a database administration team. They then worked at Skala Technical Recruitment and Dynamic Resourcing Services as Recruitment Consultants in 2015 and 2016 respectively. After that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at ettain group from 2016 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Ash worked at Genesys, first as a Talent Operations & Brand Partner and then as a Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on technical recruiting for various teams within the company. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst at Symbotic, starting in 2022.

Ash Rakkar-Thomas attended Langley College, Windsor Forest Colleges Group from 2008 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a BTEC National degree in Business Studies.
