David Riggle

David Riggle has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and automation. David started their career at Agilent Technologies in 2001, where they designed and developed automation projects for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. David then moved to Rosetta Inpharmatics in 2003, where they designed and developed automation and information management software for drug discovery using DNA micro-arrays.

In 2011, David worked at Progressive Software Solutions, Inc. as a Systems Engineer, where they designed a prototype MES software development framework and worked on various projects including HMI's and Quality Control systems. David then joined Lewis Controls, Inc. as a Senior Controls Software Engineer in 2011, where they developed PC based real-time control systems for industrial manufacturing equipment.

In 2012, David worked at MAVERICK Technologies as a Control System Specialist, leading a team of automation technicians to validate and debug factory automation systems. David also worked at Lam Research as a Software Engineer 3, where they developed control systems for semiconductor processing equipment using real-time Java.

David's most recent experience includes working at Absci as a Senior Data Engineer from 2019 to 2022, where they focused on automation engineering. David then joined Clear Labs in 2022 as a Software Engineer, before transitioning to their current role as a Principal C# Software Engineer at Symbotic in 2023.

David Riggle attended LBCC from 1993 to 1995 and obtained an AAS degree in Electronics Engineering Technology.
