Senior Technical Writer In The Field Of Warehouse Systems Automation at Symbotic

Denis Allard has had a diverse work experience in technical writing and documentation. Denis started their career as an Intermediate Technical Writer at SR Telecom in 1999, before moving on to Vibrosystm-SA in 1994, where they worked as a Technical Writer, Team Leader, and Proposal Writer for six years. Denis then joined Mindready Solutions in 2000 as a Senior Technical Writer assigned to Nortel Networks, where they reviewed design specs, produced test procedures, and managed ongoing projects. In 2003, Denis worked as a Technical Writer at TYCO INTEGRATED FIRE & SECURITY CANADA before joining IBM in 2005 as an Information Designer. At IBM, they produced online help packages, conducted internal audits, collected information for test cases, and wrote technical documents. From 2008 to 2013, Denis served as a Corporate Documentation Specialist at Radio IP Software, Inc. In 2013, they joined DTI Software as a Senior Technical Writer in the civilian aircraft wireless entertainment industry. Denis then worked at Symbotic as a Senior Technical Writer in the field of warehouse systems automation from 2015 until 2017. Currently, they serve as an Agent de programmation et planification de recherche at CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'île-de-Montréal.

Denis Allard completed their education in a chronological order. Denis first attended Campus Notre-Dame de Foy (Cap-Rouge) from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a College Degree in Human Sciences and Linguistics. Afterwards, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Translation from Université Laval, from 1982 to 1985. Lastly, they furthered their education at the same university from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Communication and Media Studies.
