User Experience Researcher at Symbotic

Gabrielle Rodrigo began their work experience in 2017 as a Research Assistant at the University of Florida. In 2018, they worked as an IT Audit Intern at KPMG. From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Advisory Associate - Technology Assurance at KPMG US. In 2021, they transitioned to the position of Senior Associate - Technology Risk Management at KPMG US until 2022. Following this, in 2022, they became a UX Design Fellow at General Assembly, where they completed a full-time immersive program in User Experience Design. Finally, in 2023, they joined Symbotic as a User Experience Researcher.

Gabrielle Rodrigo's education history is as follows:

In 2014, they began their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Gabrielle completed the program in 2017.

During their undergraduate studies, in 2016, Gabrielle attended the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, although no specific degree was obtained at that time. Gabrielle'sfield of study during this period was International Business.

In 2017, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems and Operations Management at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Gabrielle successfully completed the program in 2018.

Most recently, in 2022, Gabrielle attended General Assembly and completed an intensive program called the UX Design Immersive, which focused on User Experience Design.

In addition to their formal education, Gabrielle also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they earned the MSOS certifications in Microsoft Access 2013 and Microsoft Excel 2013 from Microsoft. In 2022, they obtained a certification in User Experience Design Immersive Remote from General Assembly.
