Jorge Alvarado

Jorge Alvarado started their career as a Computer Lab Assistant at CSU, Chico - MESA Engineering Program in October 2012 and worked there until August 2016. In this role, they assisted the Computer Admin with maintaining the MEP website and computer lab, collaborated in a team environment, trained new assistants, and updated legacy code.

From August 2013 to August 2016, Jorge also worked as a WildCat Ambassador Intern at CSU Chico - Admissions.

In 2016, they joined Calix as a System Engineer Intern from June to October.

Later in 2016, they started working at Symbotic, where they held multiple roles. Jorge began as a Systems Engineer Intern from December 2016 to March 2017. Jorge then worked as a Systems Engineer from March 2017 to August 2018. From August 2018 to January 2019, they served as a Field Analyst. After that, they became a Senior Product Analyst from January 2019 to November 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Project Manager at Symbotic, a role they have been in since November 2019.

Jorge Alvarado completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering at California State University, Chico from 2011 to 2016.
