M Olaniyi has a total of three work experiences. From April 2015 to September 2018, they worked as a Servicenow Business Analyst at The Riverside Company. Then, from August 2018 to February 2020, they worked as a Business Analyst at Edward Jones. Currently, they are employed at Symbotic since March 2020, holding the position of a ServiceNow Business Analyst.

M Olaniyi holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology, General from The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti. They have also obtained several additional certifications including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in June 2023, ServiceNow Certified System Administration from ServiceNow in April 2022, and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Institute™ (Scrum Institute) in November 2021.
