Sankalp P. has a diverse work experience starting from December 2015 as an Industrial Trainee at UPL. Sankalp then worked as an Industrial Trainee at Larsen & Toubro Limited - Heavy Engineering from May 2016 to June 2016. After that, they joined Godrej Group as a Graduate Engineer Trainee from August 2017 to July 2018. Sankalp then worked at the University of Houston as a Graduate Instructional Assistant from August 2019 to May 2021, during which they also served as a Research Assistant from January 2020 to May 2021. Their next role was as a Software Automation Engineer at Cobham Satcom from November 2021 to December 2022, where they deployed Python-based Robot Framework for testing and implemented a Continuous Integration system. Their most recent role is as an Advanced Controls Software Automation Engineer at Symbotic since January 2023.

Sankalp P. pursued a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems and Robotics from the University of Houston between 2019 and 2021. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Instrumentation & Control from Nirma University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, from 2013 to 2017. During their time at Nirma University, Sankalp also undertook a minor specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at the Institute of Management. Their educational journey began at Bharatiya Vidya bhavan Narmada Vidyalaya, where they completed their HSC degree between 2008 and 2013.
