Thomas Harrington

Thomas Harrington has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Thomas started their career as a Co-op Mechanical Engineer at ATI Industrial Automation, where they created solutions to complex technical problems and assisted engineers in product development. Thomas then worked as a Design Engineer Co-op at Toyota North America, where they contributed to design projects. After that, they interned as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at BMW of North America, LLC, supporting product integration and troubleshooting production issues.

Thomas then joined Volvo Trucks as a Co-op Test Engineer, where they evaluated prototype and production designs and provided recommendations for improvement. Thomas later interned at John Deere as a Product Engineer, conducting research, creating design proposals, and producing specifications.

Thomas returned to John Deere as a Manufacturing Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Product Design Engineer, gaining experience in product development and manufacturing processes. Thomas then joined Volkswagen Chattanooga as a Supplier Readiness, responsible for supply chain development and management.

Most recently, Thomas has worked at Symbotic, first as a System Engineer and then as a Reliability Test Engineer. In these roles, they ensured compliance with safety regulations, troubleshooted system issues, and provided training and support to operators.
