Katrin Beilharz

Katrin Beilharz is an application scientist at Symcel. Katrin has also worked as a researcher at Uppsala University, the University of Groningen, and Newcastle University. Katrin has a background in protein biochemistry and molecular biology, and their research has focused on the development of molecular tools for induced protein depletion and CRISPRi.

Katrin Beilharz holds a PhD in molecular microbiology from the University of Groningen and an MSc equivalent in molecular biology, microbiology, immunology, and virology from the University of Tübingen. Katrin also holds a BSc equivalent in biology from the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg.

Katrin Beilharz reports to Ganna Oliynyk, Field Application Manager. They work with and Madle Sirel - Application Scientist.
