Minnie Titus-Glover

Minnie Titus-Glover is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Claim Operations at Symetra since October 2025, Minnie previously held leadership roles at Dearborn Group from November 2014 to October 2025, where responsibilities included Director of Claim Operations & Medical Underwriting and Senior Manager of Claims & Medical Underwriting Operations. Further experience includes a consultancy role at Independent Consulting, and various positions at Lincoln Financial Group, K & A Solutions, LLC, HSBC Insurance, and Prudential Insurance, where Minnie contributed significantly to claims management and operational leadership. Minnie holds an MBA in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA Hons in Economics & Statistics from the University of Ghana.
