Martin Burrows

Martin Burrows has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Martin started their career at Autodesk as an Application Engineer from November 1998 to January 2002. Martin then transitioned into a Sales Manager role at Autodesk and served in that position until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, Martin worked at Tekis as a Sales Representative. Following that, they became the Managing Director and Owner of GeoSol AB, a startup business, where they provided leadership, sales, and business development until January 2012. Martin Burrows then joined Symetri Europe in 2012 as a Product Owner, responsible for their software products. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Business Area Manager Infrastructure, leading the sales, projects, and software development. Currently, Martin holds the role of Business Area Director Infrastructure at Symetri Europe.

Martin Burrows completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) & Magisterexamen i Företagsekonomi in Executive MBA, economics at Stockholm University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physichal Geography and Computer Science from Drake University from 1995 to 1997. Before this, they obtained a Master's degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Gothenburg from 1993 to 1995.
