Dorota G. has a diverse range of work experience. Dorota is currently serving as the VP of Customer Experience at Symmetrical.ai. Prior to this, they worked at Alior Bank S.A. for almost a decade, starting as a Specialist and eventually becoming the Director of Credit Risk Management. In this role, they were responsible for defining risk strategy, managing external and internal relationships, and evaluating credit policies. Before their time at the bank, they were an Assistant Professor at Warsaw School of Economics, where they focused on applied macroeconomic research and econometrics. Dorota also worked as a Junior Specialist in Economic Capital Management at Raiffeisen Bank and as a Senior Economist/Project Coordinator at the Institute for Structural Research. Dorota G. obtained their MA Degree in Economics, specializing in Quantitative Methods, from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2006. Following this, they pursued a PhD at the same institution from 2006 to 2009, focusing on Economics and Quantitative Methods. In 2016, they enrolled in postgraduate coaching and mentoring studies at Uniwersytet SWPS, completing the program in 2017.
