Anshul Bangia

Anshul Bangia has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Anshul is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Partner in Search Research and Advisory at SYMPHONI HR since April 2023. Prior to this, from May 2018 to April 2023, they worked as a Partner, Executive Search, Head of Investment Banking and Consulting, and Head of Market Intelligence at the same company.

Before joining SYMPHONI HR, Anshul worked as a Freelance Consultant in Development and Business Planning from May 2017 to May 2018, specializing in knowledge services in Fintech.

Anshul also has experience working at Deutsche Bank, where they held the position of Vice President in Strategy and Analytics for Equity Trading from July 2016 to April 2017. Prior to that, they worked as Vice President, Head of Trading Research, Strategy, and Analytics, and Research Analyst in Energy and Mining from June 2006 to June 2016.

In 2005, Anshul worked as an Assistant Manager in Strategic Planning for Oil and Gas at Genpact. Before that, they worked as a Consultant in Knowledge Management for Energy and Utilities at Capgemini from December 2003 to April 2005.

Anshul's earliest work experience was as a Lead Research Analyst in Power, Oil and Gas, and Alternate Energy at India Infrastructure Publishing Private Limited from May 2002 to December 2003.

Anshul Bangia completed their education with a Master of Arts in Economics from Delhi School of Economics in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a BA (Hons.) in Economics from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi in 2000. Anshul'ssecondary education was completed at Apeejay Stya Education (Svran Foundation), where they obtained a Senior Secondary qualification in Commerce from Apeejay School, Noida in 1997.
