Chris Florin

Chris Florin's work experience includes holding the position of Director of DevOps and Security at Symphonic Distribution since June 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Technology Consultant at Trinity Cloud Apps starting in November 2020. At Trinity Cloud Apps, they built open-source CloudFormation templates and helped startup companies implement better testing strategies.

Chris also worked as a System Architect at Global E-Trading Technologies, Inc. from March 2019 to November 2020. In that role, they developed standardized microservice architecture, maintained CloudFormation scripts, and separated web and cron functionality for better application performance.

Their earliest work experience includes being the Lead Application Developer at uBreakiFix from October 2014 to September 2017, where they re-architected a point of sale system and designed database table designs.

Chris Florin attended St. Petersburg College from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of the Arts degree. Chris then transferred to the University of Central Florida in 2010 and studied computer engineering courses for 20 credit hours until 2011.
