Archana Nayar has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Archana currently serves as the VP of Programs & Operations at SymphonyAI Retail CPG since 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Partnerships and Alliances - Americas at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining SymphonyAI Retail CPG, Archana worked at Oracle for several years. Their roles at Oracle included Senior Manager of Delivery Excellence, Strategic Partnerships & Alliances Manager, Consulting Practice Manager, and Software Engineering Manager. Archana was responsible for various aspects such as partner relationships, revenue growth, consulting services, and software development.

Archana also worked at Speedway SuperAmerica LLC as a Senior Programmer Analyst, where they were involved in the development and maintenance of point of sale software. Archana contributed to the deployment of a loyalty partnership project, resulting in increased ROI on fuel sales.

Prior to that, they worked at NCR Corporation as a Software Engineer, leading the development and deployment of software projects for clients. Archana played a key role in developing a return process and loyalty program for a department store retail chain and integrated a payment gateway for a fashion and lingerie retailer.

Earlier in their career, Archana owned their own business, Weaver Rentals LLC, and worked as a Software Engineer at Broadcom. Archana also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University.

Archana Nayar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) between 1994 and 1998. Archana then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University from 1998 to 2000.
