Johnny Prewitt has over 20 years of experience in full life cycle technical recruiting. Johnny began their career in 1999 as a Recruiter for Autodesk. In 2002, they moved to Macromedia as a Senior Recruiter. In 2005, they joined Visual Concepts as a Recruiter, where they identified and qualified software engineers to develop video games. In 2010, they became a Senior Recruiter at MSC Software, where they were responsible for crafting and delivering the recruiting message to attract and hire talented professionals. In 2018, they volunteered and mentored for various companies, drawing on their experience in full life cycle technical recruiting. Johnny also worked as a Senior Recruiter and Senior Consulting Recruiter for Erecruit. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Recruiter for SymphonyAI Industrial.
Johnny Prewitt attended Mae Eanes Jr.High and Murphy High School, before going to The University of Alabama from 1972 to 1978, where they obtained a B.A./M.S.W. in Business, Organizational Management, and Social Work. Johnny then attended College of Marin from 2010 to 2013, but did not receive a degree. Johnny also obtained an LCSW, ACSW certification from the American Academy of Social Work and Social Welfare.
